Book Outlet Review

Hello fellow book lovers.

Today, I’m going to share with you another book site I came across called Book Outlet. I learned about Book Outlet through eBates, I know it sounds weird, but thanks to eBates I’ve found lots of sites I’ve come to enjoy for my shopping needs.

Anyway getting back to my review, Book Outlet sells used books. They have every genre available so from some big name authors. You can find gems from Danielle Steel to John Grisham to Debbie Macomber.

I made my first purchase with Book Outlet in October when they had a Columbus Day sale. The books I purchased were UFO Hunters by William J Birnes and A Message of Hope from The Angels by Lorna Byrne. UFO Hunters cost $3.99, while Angels was $3.49. I had a coupon code for 10% off substracting $1.12 from my total. Add in the cost of shipping and the grand total was $10.35. Overall, I was happy with my purchase.

What’s great about Book Outlet is the bargains they have. One of them is the Blowout sale with book ranging anywhere from 50 to 90%, you can get books for as low as 99 cents. Yes, you heard me, imagine getting a paperback or hardcover for only 99 cents, not too bad of a price.

Shipping on Book Outlet is $3.99, the same as it is on other sites such as Amazon and Barnes and Noble. They're quick about sending the books out, I got my order in about a week after I made my purchase. The only thing that can be considered a downside is the $3.99 price only covers the first two books in an order if you play to buy more than two, it’ll be 50 cents for each additional book. If you're the type of person who doesn't mind shelling out a little extra for shipping, then this isn't such a bad deal.

Aside from the shipping cost, Book Outlet is a great site for used books and as I mentioned earlier, you can find a lot of gems from some of the big name authors. If you're looking for a new site with good book deals, I suggest checking out Book Outlet.
