*I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review*

Stories of Love and Weight is a collection of essays, poems, and stories from people, who’ve struggled with self-esteem and weight issues. As someone who’s struggled with self-esteem and weight gain, I found myself relating to the people in this book.

As you read the stories, you feel the emotions of the storytellers as they explain their battles. A few of the stories that stuck out to me were Too Fat to Be a Princess, Skinny With a Fat Outlook on Life, and I’m Fat and Happy.

This collection of stories are inspiring and it teaches an important lesson in being happy with who you are, learning to love yourself, and having confidence.

This is a book I would recommend to everyone.
