I’m sure everyone’s heard about the benefits of essential oils. Not only do they smell great, but they offer great health benefits such as helping with stress and insomnia.

Lavender is one of the oils that helps with stress and I tend to be tense at times, so I wanted to try this to see if it would help.

There are many ways you can use essential oils. One way is through a diffuser, which emits the aroma. Another way is to diffuse the oil in a little water and dab it on your skin. I used the oil on my skin since I don’t have a diffuser, although now I’m thinking of getting one.

The lavender scent is very soothing, it’s not too strong, which is great because I know a lot of times the oil scents can be overwhelming.

The oil does have a relaxing effect; I found I was much calmer after using it. It’s a great item to have not only because of its scent, but the benefits.

One of the things I dislike about my appearance is my teeth; they have kind of a yellowish color. I’ve tried whitening toothpaste along with strips. The toothpaste seemed to help a bit, but not a lot. As for the strips, I found them to be a hassle to use.

When I was offered the chance to review the Ultimate Smile Professional Teeth Whitening kit, I jumped at the chance. The kit comes with the trays for your teeth and two syringes with whitening gel. In the past, I’ve heard great things about the whitening trays so I was eager to see if everyone was correct in their reviews.

Everything’s easy to use. All you do is squirt some gel into the trays, then place the trays in your mouth for 15 minutes, letting the gel do its work. At first, the trays were a bit uncomfortable to wear, but the more I used them the more I adjusted to them. If the trays don’t fit properly, then you can always dip them in water to get them to adjust to your teeth.

After using the gel a couple of times, I’ve noticed a change in my teeth. They’re a little bit whiter. It’s not too bright, but you can definitely tell they’re lighter. I’m happy with the progress of my teeth whitening. Even though the Ultimate Smile kit may be expensive, I think it’s one of the best kits to have for teeth whitening.
